We had to navigate a changing landscape given rising interest rates as well as HOA challenges regarding building repairs. Joleen led us through these challenges every step of the way. I live out of state and Joleen took care of everything, going above and beyond what a typical agent's duties are. She scheduled and was present for repairs, met with HOA board members to gather difficult to obtain information, checked the mail frequently, and even helped me with moving out furniture before listing. She took it upon herself to do all this in a very proactive manner. She was very detail oriented and gave me daily updates. She was available at all hours of the day, even late into the evening. She was a sounding board, helping me understand the local market and listened to all of my thoughts and ideas.
